Two per-guest packages, both with a 100-guest minimum. Every package includes organic ingredients, our premium boba bar setup, and full-service setup and breakdown. You provide the table space and venue access — we bring everything else.

Both packages are priced per guest with a 100-guest minimum, so the smallest boba bar booking is $1,600 for the Classic or $1,800 for the Signature. Smaller guest counts are welcome — the 100-guest minimum still applies.
Service time is confirmed when you book. Send us your guest count and event timeline and we'll tell you exactly how long we need on site to pour for everyone comfortably.
Travel is included within 30 miles of Fort Wayne. We happily go further across Northeast Indiana — anything beyond the included radius is quoted based on your venue location.
Our lemonade bar and dirty soda bar are priced the same, and you can book either one on its own or run both stations side by side.

Both bars are $13 per person with a 50-drink minimum, so the smallest booking is $650. Everything is in that number — drinks, supplies, travel, setup and teardown. No separate service fee.
Lemonade plus boba is our most requested pairing for weddings, and lemonade plus sodas is the favorite for graduations and church events. Add a second station and we'll build one quote covering both, with one crew and one timeline.
At 21+ private events, any lemonade can be built as a boozy lemonade through our sister brand, Buzz'd Mobile Bar, with licensed and insured bartenders. Same owner, one conversation.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at booking and holds your date. Full payment is due 60 days before your event. If you cancel more than 30 days out, everything you've paid beyond the retainer is refunded. Inside 30 days, payment is non-refundable.
A 10-foot table space, access to the venue 90 minutes before service, and a place to park nearby. Power is helpful but not required — we can run fully self-contained.
